For consultants
Make the outcome visible before the invoice
A consultant sells a result the client cannot see until months after paying. The only thing that makes the fee feel safe is a previous client, in their own words, saying the result showed up.
How it works
- 1
Share one link
You get a single link. Send it by text or email to a client whose work went well.
- 2
They write it, in a minute
No account, no app, no password. They rate you, write a couple of lines, and they are done.
- 3
You approve what appears
Nothing is public until you say so. Approve the good ones and they appear on your website automatically.
When to ask
The week a recommendation lands: the process that stopped breaking, the hire that stuck, the number that moved. Ask before the win becomes normal.
The single biggest reason consultants have no testimonials is that nobody asks while the work is still fresh, not that clients are unwilling.
Questions that get a real answer
“Please leave a review” produces “great service”, which persuades nobody. Ask something specific instead:
- What problem were you trying to solve when you brought us in?
- What did we change, and what happened after?
- Was the engagement worth what it cost?
What good looks like
An example of the kind of thing consultants collect with Exalted.
We had rewritten the same onboarding process three times. She sat with the drivers for two days, found the step nobody had asked about, and the turnover we had blamed on pay dropped by half in a quarter.
Illustrative, not a real client. Every testimonial Exalted publishes is written by a real person and approved by the business owner.
Your reputation, as a ladder
Approved testimonials move you up a tier. It gives you a reason to keep asking, and it gives visitors a shorthand for how established you are.
Pricing
Starter is $9 a month or $85 a year. Pro is $19 a month or $180 a year. Both start with a 14-day free trial and neither asks for a card to begin.
