Things worth including

• Something is broken: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot beats a description every time.
• Billing: the email address on the account. Never send card details. We cannot see them and would not want them.
• Delete my account: say so from the address on the account and we will do it. It removes your testimonials too, including from your website’s widget, so save anything you want first.
• You wrote a testimonial about a business and want it taken down: tell us the business and roughly when, and we will sort it out.

What we will never do

We will never email you asking for your password, and we will never ask for card details over email. If something claiming to be us does, it is not us. Forward it to the address above.
