What Senja is built for
Senja is a testimonial tool first, and a good one. It collects text and video through forms, and it pulls in praise you already have on other platforms. All of it can go on your site in widgets or a wall of love. The free plan holds 15 testimonials; after that it is $29 a month for Starter or $59 for Pro, which adds rich snippets and translation.
Its customers are mostly people who sell online: coaches, course creators, software companies and agencies. Nothing on its site is aimed at a plumber or a salon, and it shows in the details, like how a customer gets asked.
What Exalted is built for
Exalted is narrower and cheaper. It is built around the moment a service job ends, when you text the customer a link and they write a couple of sentences without making an account. It does not do video. What it adds is a public page behind every testimonial showing when it arrived and that the words have never been changed, which answers the stranger who wonders whether you wrote it yourself.
When Senja is the better pick
