What NiceJob is built for
NiceJob plugs into the job software a home service business already runs on, Jobber or Housecall Pro for example, and sends a review request by text and email after every finished job without anyone lifting a finger. Most of what it does points at Google, where more reviews mean a better spot on the map. On the Pro plan it will even draft your replies to reviews. It shows reviews on your website through widgets too, and it takes video testimonials.
It starts at $75 a month. For a company running several crews and closing dozens of jobs a week, that is cheap for what it does.
What Exalted is built for
Exalted does one narrower thing. You send a customer a link and they write a couple of sentences on their phone. Once you approve it, the testimonial shows up on your own website. Each one also gets a public page showing when it was written and that nobody has edited it since. There is no Google side to it at all, and no request goes out that you did not start.
When NiceJob is the better pick
If you run several crews and every job already goes through job software, pick NiceJob. It sends the review requests after each job without anyone thinking about it, and Google reviews are what move you up the map.
When Exalted is
If you are one person or a small shop, and what you want is a page of real proof on your own website, that is Exalted, for $9 a month. Nothing stops you running both: NiceJob for Google and Exalted for your own site.
