For event planners
The disasters nobody in the room noticed
Corporate clients are putting their own reputation in your hands. They want evidence you have protected somebody else's.
How it works
- 1
Share one link
You get a single link. Send it by text or email to a client whose work went well.
- 2
They write it, in a minute
No account, no app, no password. They rate you, write a couple of lines, and they are done.
- 3
You approve what appears
Nothing is public until you say so. Approve the good ones and they appear on your website automatically.
When to ask
The week after the event, once the feedback from attendees has come in.
The single biggest reason event planners have no testimonials is that nobody asks while the work is still fresh, not that clients are unwilling.
Questions that get a real answer
“Please leave a review” produces “great service”, which persuades nobody. Ask something specific instead:
- What did you need the event to achieve?
- What went wrong behind the scenes?
- What did attendees say afterwards?
What good looks like
An example of the kind of thing event planners collect with Exalted.
Two hundred people, a venue that lost our booking a month out, and a keynote who missed his flight. Nobody in that room knew about any of it.
Illustrative, not a real client. Every testimonial Exalted publishes is written by a real person and approved by the business owner.
Your reputation, as a ladder
Approved testimonials move you up a tier. It gives you a reason to keep asking, and it gives visitors a shorthand for how established you are.
Pricing
Starter is $9 a month or $85 a year. Pro is $19 a month or $180 a year. Both start with a 14-day free trial and neither asks for a card to begin.
